You gave many models for your students--both of daily routines and of habits. In Chinswing, these were spoken in a very natural way (as opposed to the somewhat forced and artificial examples which are often given in textbooks).
As listening materials, your models are excellent, but I think they will also be challenging. Challenging materials are good, however; they will require greater attention from your students, but their potential as a means for acquiring "real-life language" is much greater than would be the case if your students had to rely totally on textbook examples and the very carefully-controlled recordings often heard in textbook supplementals.
Your students will have a rich source of learning materials through use of this blog!
